Life After School

Join us for this one day event where we will be discussing the experiences of young people on the spectrum as they grow up. Looking at issues ranging from going to college or university, employment, social activities and vulnerabilities and the law. Speakers include those on the spectrum and professionals working with young people on the spectrum.

Puppet and Mask Drama Workshops

9th & 10th August 2017

 

An opportunity to devise your own play as group using puppetry, masks and drama. It aims to support those with an interest in drama to work together to build new skills both in drama and in social interaction.

Sessions are 10-3 on the 9th and 10th August in Church Walk Parish Rooms, Ulverston. The cost is £20 per session. To book please email Suzanne on info@autuscumbria.co.uk

Boxing Club Donation

16th November 2016

 

We want to thank Geoff and his team at Barrow Amateur Boxing Club for the wonderful donation of £1500! We are so grateful for the support and all donations will go to supporting people with autism and their families in the local area!

 

Autus offer tailored training sessions on understanding and working with people with ASC. Training sessions have been run for youth organizations, schools and employment support agencies. The sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the organization and can vary from a single short session to a programme of sessions over a period of weeks.
